Pending Sikka credentials

Dentist view — dictate, review the provider-voice draft, then explicitly approve to write to the practice's PMS via Sikka. The write only fires on Approve & write to PMS. Until Sikka credentials (SIKKA_APP_ID, SIKKA_APP_KEY) are configured as backend secrets, approval returns a "Sikka credentials not configured" error — expected.

1 — Dictation / transcript

Paste raw dictation or shorthand. AI produces a provider-voice clinical note for the chart (not a patient summary).

2 — Review draft

Dentist reviews and edits before anything is written. Nothing is sent to the PMS until you click Approve below.

3 — Approve & write to PMS

Explicit approval gate. TEST_MODE is currently ON — only the designated test patient (TEST_PATIENT) is writable until you verify against Open Dental's test env.

Adapter: Sikka (covers Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and other Sikka-supported PMSs via one integration). Practice-specific values (providers, note types, users) are auto-discovered at connect time.
